Collet Gridfinity

Custom Gridfinity inserts precisely sized for collets across multiple tooling systems. Every collet size gets its own indexed slot. Accessible one-handed, protected from dings, and impossible to mix up.

Collets scattered in a drawer are a slow tax on every setup. You reach for a size, it's not there, or it's there but buried. This system puts every size in a known location and makes it obvious at a glance what's present and what's missing.

Scope

Inserts will cover common ER collet sizes to start, with expansion to other standards as needed. Each insert is sized to the collet's OD with a retention feature so it doesn't rattle but releases cleanly one-handed.

Sharing

Files will go on Printables once finalized. Parametric source files too, so anyone can adapt them to different collet standards or base grid sizes.
